Traveling single? We may be able to match you with a roommate or ask us about our single room supplemental fee.

We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you if for some reason you must cancel your reservation. If you do need to cancel from one of our winter retreats or summer Montana/Idaho trips, you will receive your full refund less your deposit up to 75 days prior to the tour, and a 50% refund of monies paid if you cancel within 30-75 days prior to the event. No refunds in the last 30 days prior to tour departure. Full refund minus credit card processing fees is always available to you if you can find a replacement traveler. Our international tours have their own cancellation policies per our tour partner, please inquire with our staff for more details.
